Pickle Ball / Corn Hole Public Play – Islamorada/Tavernier
Where can the public play the new favorite sports of Pickle Ball & Corn Hole around Islamorada & Tavernier?
IF you have your own corn hole bags, I would recommend bringing them. Not all boards have enough bags and they are fairly mismatched. Fun to play while enjoying a bucket of beer!
Three new Pickle Ball courts can be used at Founders Park MM87 There is a per person NON resident fee to enter the park - however guests are most welcome! There is a schedule posted at the courts - the highest usage times are 6am-9am so plan to play later if possible to just walk on.
There is also tennis among many other activities offered in this gem located on the Florida Bay. TIP! If you have a vacation rental contract, bring it! You are a resident and may get a temporary visitors card to enter the park for free.
Hog Heaven & Dunn's OV both have corn hole boards on site.
Below image you will find boards at the Islamorada Pizza Company to use while waiting for your pizza.
New for 2025 are the Pickle Ball Courts in Islamorada at the Gib Reese Park at 81031 Overseas Hwy. "Pay to play" location with beautiful courts and bathrooms.
As of March 2025, there is a charge to play of $10 per person.
As for Corn Hole for the public, boards and bags are available at Papa Joe's and Islamorada Brewery / Distillery (a bit hard to play sometimes at these places with the kids running around). ***Please don't let your children run on the boards at these locations thanks!***
The Crooked Palm Cabana MM90.1 has corn hole boards. This brewery / distillery is open for lunch & dinner. It is the sister of the Islamorada Keys Brewery.
